Log Rock at Kingdom Come State Park
/Overview. Though the views at the park are outstanding, Log Rock really is an exceptional arch and worth the visit. This wide span, slender arch is absolutely gorgeous and just beyond it is a large patch of knobby rock ideal to catch some sun and enjoy a picnic. I’ll return just to spend a sunrise at this amazing place.

CAUTION - Steep terrain. Beyond Log Rock is a gorgeous, but steep knobby rock outcropping. Enjoy it, but take care with your steps to avoid turning an ankle or worse.
CAUTION - Poisonous snakes. Timber rattlesnakes and copperheads can be found in the region. Stay alert on the trail, as snakes are commonly found taking in the warmth of the trail. Give them a wide berth or wait for them to move off the trail.
CAUTION - Bears. Black bears can be found throughout the Pine Mountain region. Be sure to follow bear aware practices. [Be Bear Aware by US Forest Service]
